How to Stay Union Free

In fiscal year 2022, the National Labor Relations Board saw a 53% increase in union representation petitions filed.   Similarly, Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations released its annual report tracking labor actions across America.  The data showed that strikes were up 52% in 2022, consisting of 424 work stoppages.  In our August Roundtable, we provide strategies on how to stay union-free.
