For this Roundtable, we are excited to speak with NIRMA’s Workers’ Compensation Claims Manager Denise Hardison on the practical steps that NIRMA members can take to reduce workers’ compensation liability.  We will talk about the best practices for implementing an injury reporting plan, claim reporting, accident investigation, and the return-to-work process.   We will also discuss how workers’ compensation intersects with other labor and employment laws, such as the FMLA, ADA, and COBRA.
