Today’s workforce is more diverse than ever and spans five generations.  Of course, there are differences between generations, as they have been shaped by different historical events, consuming different media, and using different technologies. Yet, we have more in common than you might think when it comes to workplace motivation.  Everyone wants to have an impact, have the opportunity for professional advancement, and feel valued, appreciated, and fairly compensated.  In our June Roundtable, we focus on how to manage a multi-generational workplace and avoid any issues with age discrimination.
