NIRMA welcomed FIVE new ag society members in 2025!
Effective May 1, 2025 NIRMA grew to 114 members overall with the addition of the Hitchcock County Agricultural Society. Hitchcock County joined NIRMA in 2002.
Effective May 30, 2025, NIRMA expanded again with the addition of the Sarpy County Agricultural Society. Sarpy County is a charter member of NIRMA, having joined in 1988.
And, effective June 3, NIRMA grew still more with the addition of the Johnson County Agricultural Society. Johnson County itself is a charter member of NIRMA.
When Otoe County joined the program this year as our 85 County member, the Otoe County Agricultural Society also elected to join NIRMA. These additions were made effective on July 17.
And finally, effective August 3, 2025, the Dixon County Agricultural Society joined the program. Dixon County became a member of NIRMA in 2006.
A warm welcome to our five newest county-related public agency members. With the 2025 additions, there are 34 agricultural societies in the membership. These entities stand alongside the 85 county members that belong to the NIRMA program, for a total of 119 members, overall.
