The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA) became effective on June 27, 2023.

With this new law came an update to the “Know Your Rights” required workplace poster, and a separate new required workplace poster outlining the PWFA. The FMLA and FLSA posters were also recently updated and reissued, in April 2023.
Remember, current versions of all required workplace posters should be placed in a conspicuous location in the workplace where notices to applicants and employees are customarily posted. The new versions should be posted within a reasonable time of their issuance to avoid potential fines.

1. Log in on this website (see Member Login in upper right corner of the home page). If you do not have log in credentials, click Create Account and follow the prompts.
2. Select the Interact menu.
3. Select Manuals/Policies from the Interact drop down menu.
4. On the Manuals/Policies page, scroll down to the Guide to Creating a Personnel Systems for Nebraska Counties.
5. Click on the thumbnail image to access a PDF of the entire Guide OR click on Download Fillable Word Exhibits and then the Required Workplace Posters section to access a standalone PDF copy of the entire list with download links for each of the individual posters, or click on Exhibit 35 to access a single PDF containing all the current posters.
