William J. Gross has joined the team of claims adjusters that serve the NIRMA program, effective January 3, 2023.
His focus will be exclusively on workers compensation claims of the NIRMA II pool, in line with his 24 years of claims handling and management experience in this area.
Will earned a Bachelor’s degree cum laude in Communications/Corporate Relations from Wayne State College and also holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Therefore, he brings an uncommonly useful mix of educational background to his new role of Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster.
His career experience, too, is an exceptional fit for the job, as he was Claims Coordinator for the workers’ compensation claims of the self-insured city of Lincoln from 2003 until his recent acceptance of an offer to serve the NIRMA II membership, and even before that, he adjusted claims for Crawford and Company under a dedicated assignment to the city of Lincoln. His solid reputation of being a skilled and effective communicator with vast knowledge in the field precedes him, and he’s already launched seamlessly into the work at hand.
