Because of the current restrictions in place due to COVID-19, NIRMA’s Regional Spotlight Seminar Series will be presented virtually.
Governmental Law, LLC, Attorney Brandy Johnson will serve as the primary presenter and discuss the difference between legal and ethical obligations as a public official, transparency in open meetings versus the need for confidentiality, dealing with outside interest groups, accountability and the consequences of unethical or dysfunctional behavior and share examples of actual fraud claims that have occurred within Nebraska governmental bodies.
